Timo’s just installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. The service I received was excellent. I interviewed several different companies and after about five minutes chatting with Miguel, I knew I was going to go with Timo’s. He was so knowledgeable and very professional. It was big purchase for me and while their prices were competitive, they were less than some of the other companies I had talked with. The guys that came to do the install were SO nice, professional and very careful in my home as it was just remodeled and I was worried that the floors and walls could get damaged. They made sure everything was protected. I was very pleased and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Romeo, the technician is really friendly and was able to explain and show me what needed replacement, what needed repair and why. I completely trusted his work and he was honest about expectations. My attic access is in my master closet. The light fixture was loose and I’ve not been able to get it reattached. While he was up there he fixed it.I didn’t see him do it, he didn’t even tell me he did, so I wasn’t able to thank him. That night when I went to bring my trash bins in from the street, he had brought them up to the garage. But what I liked best is he likes his job. It just shows and that is so rare to see anymore in customer facing jobs. I’d already heard good things about Timo’s and this validated it. I will be getting a new system from them, waaay overdue. I will also take advantage of their maintenance plan so I don’t have to remember to have this done. I’ll try to remember to update after I get a new unit selected and installed but as of now, HIGHLY recommend.

Chris, was great. He came promptly on time (calling about half hour prior to inform us about his arrival), checked out the air conditioning unit, checked all the wiring and electrical, cleaned the exterior vents/filters and verified that the interior vents were optimized and cleaned the interior of the air conditioner and dusted and cleaned the various parts. Now the air conditioner cools 3 to 4 times faster than it did before!

Oscar, the technician who came today, was so through in diagnosing the problem and giving me options and pricing. They were quick to respond to my request. They even looked in to see if there were any cancellations to fit me in. I liked that I was given information on my AC unit and future recommendations. The gentleman (Damian)was gloved up and masked up before presenting himself to do the maintenance that I needed on my unit. That was comforting because of this current COVID situation. And paying by card was super efficient!

Technicians arrived on time and did a great job installing a new Lenox furnace. Workers were cordial, well-trained, and prepared for the job. Complete installation took approximately 4.5 hrs. An additional plus was leaving the premise totally clean and hauling away the old furnace and used parts. Very nice, indeed!!! I would not hesitate to call Timo’s for future repairs or purchases. Everyone from Timo’s was highly professional and knowledgeable from Ken the sales rep to Dawn in the office to Mark and Bobby the install team. Gabriel the install supervisor actually came out and helped finish up the job. Ken stopped by several times during the day to make sure all was well and to answer any questions. Great customer service, honest business. I purchased a new a/c system from them, they provided competitive pricing but it’s their honest staff that sold me. Fast, within minutes, reply to my online request for an estimate. Scheduled for the next business day. I received a text confirmation and a reminder. Another the morning of and a call when Ken was half an hour away. He arrived on time in a colorful Timo’s vehicle. Ken reviewed and documented my request. He quoted the price and how the work would be performed. He also did further research on my equipment when I asked for other options. The work is scheduled to be performed two days from now. Hopefully I’ll be able to add to my report when completed

I’m a out of town Condo owner that rents my unit using a local rental agency. When the person renting had no heat the rental agency sent a AC/Heating company which said I needed a completely new system which would cost $7400!I remembered that I used Timo’s ten years earlier and had a good experience then. I had Timo’s come out and they found the “Thermostat had corrosion so contact was intermittent. After replacing the thermostat & cleaning the heating element the system was back working perfectly! Timo’s honesty, punctuality and courteous technician, along with an office staff that was professional cost me a fair & honest price of $345 vs $7400, including an additional yearly (1 AC & 1Heating Service) with Filter change in the coming year! That’s my Christmas present!!!!

We found Timo’s by checking review sites after our ac decided to go out 2 months after we closed on our second home here in Palm Springs and 2 days before 8 family members arrived for our first 4th of July and housewarming here in the desert. We were thrilled as you can imagine when they were able to come out almost immediately (in the one teens as you might expect) and get us up and running in a matter of hours. We’ve been loyal customers ever sense and they’ve been stellar service providers for going on 9 years now. We use their annual service plan with their friendly and very necessary reminders for us. This way we never forget to keep our system clean and running smoothly for all seasons. Our technicians have been super courteous, professional, knowledgeable, timely, communicative and efficient. Timo’s did an excellent job for maintenance of my furnaces and filters. Oscar was on time, efficient, thorough, and informative. He serviced my units, cleaned everything and made recommendations of what I might need in the future. There was no hard-sell, only things to consider. He explained what he did and why, making sure everything was spotless when he finished. I will see him again in 6 months when he services my air conditioners.

We just replaced an air conditioner and furnace, as well as all our duct work. Chris Dalton from Timo’s Air Conditioning & Heating came out to inspect the equipment and duct work and then explain our options. Chris was thorough and explained each option well. I appreciated his patience and never felt rushed or pressured, and he was helpful in getting our financing worked out. I’d happily recommend Timo’s to anyone. Our neighbors recommended Timo’s when our air conditioner wasn’t quite reaching the number we set the thermostat at. I was surprised when I called and they had an appointment for the very next day! Jason was the tech. He was very nice, quiet and efficient. Diagnosed the issue, gave me some options, and took care of things. My toddler didn’t even wake up from his nap during the visit. I signed up for their twice a year maintenance option.

Called in the late afternoon because our AC was only blowing hot air. The person answering the phone was very courteous and professional, she put me on hold to check how soon a tech would be available. After a very brief hold, she came back on to tell me a tech would be available within the hour. Ten minutes later I got a call from the tech saying he was on his way. Jason was at out door 10 minutes later and promptly diagnosed our issue and repaired it. Amazing service and great people!Thanks!

The installers were knowledgeable and did not dilly-dally when it came to getting the job done. So far everything seems good, I’m getting cool air (so nice). The only negative comment I have is that both the inside wall mount blower and the outside condensing unit were not placed straight. The inside blower looked at an angle, I had the tech correct it (as best as he could). Also, the outdoor condensing unit was installed 1-1/4″ off from front to back. The tech removed the screws holding the unit in place, straightened it to an even distance from the house and replaced the screws. Thank you for getting this job done. You have professional, courteous techs.

I contacted Timo’s on a Thursday about installation of a mini-split in my garage. A representative came to my house the same afternoon to discuss the system and give me a quotation. I accepted later that day via email, and installation was completed the next Monday! The installers were very friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up afterward. I like that Timo’s sends me texts and emails saying when they are coming and that they are on the way, etc. I strongly recommend Timo’s!

We called on a Saturday and said the issue could wait until Monday, but within a few minutes a technician called back and said he would be right over. Got a text yesterday to schedule my maintenance, perfect timing too, they were able to get me in on one of the days off, the technician called before arriving and was on time. Even put the shoe covers on before entering my house. Took care of the maintenance no problems of course since it’s only 6 months old. Changed the filters and he was off. So far I couldn’t be happier with this company.

This was not explained when I called corporate but Eddie did a great job of explaining they will need to come back just before summer to service the A/C.
