• 100% Money Back Performance Guarantee: If, in the first year of use, your new HVAC system fails to deliver the specified heating or cooling capacity and our techs are unable to correct the problem, we will remove the equipment and refund your entire purchase price. Your application and the ambient conditions documented at the time of installation will be taken into consideration.
• No “Lemon” Guarantee: There is no denying the possibility of a manufacturer’s defect. With our No “Lemon” Guarantee, you can take comfort in knowing your investment is secure. Should the system we install have two failed compressors, we will completely remove the outdoor condenser and install a brand new one within the first five years. If your heat exchanger fails within the first 10 years, we will replace the entire furnace. We only ask that you maintain your Advantage Plan membership throughout the lifetime of the system. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with a technician’s performance or attitude, simply report the incident to our office upon completion of the install and your next scheduled maintenance visit will be on us.
